Dear brother Mohamed,

M: First of All, If I give you a reply to show that the contradiction you claim exists in the Qur'an is untrue,

Mike: Where did I ever say the Qur'an contained contradictions? I have written that you have yet to present a single good reason to think that Allah is God and that the Qur'an is the Word of God.

M: Second of all, I really don't understand your repeating of this circular reasoning you are talking about. You ask for proof the Qur'an is from Allah, and I give you quotes…

Mike: When you try and prove the Qur'an by Allah and Allah by the Qur'an you are arguing in a circle. You need an objective basis (something outside of Islam) for your faith.

M: and scientific facts

Mike: I provided a web location that disproves your supposed scientific facts. Have you read through those location just as I have read through the one you have given me? Also your use of scientific facts is an example of the fallacy of composition. You cannot apply a part to the whole. In other words, just because the Qur'an may have some scientific facts you cannot generalize that the entire Qur'an is the Word of God. Therefore your argument is invalid.

M: Did you want me to quote from an Anthony Burguess book?

Mike: that could be a start.

M: Give me examples on how you prove the Gospel is from Allah

Mike: I will not let you change the subject because the burden is on you to first make your case for the contentions that Allah is God and the Qur'an is the Word of God. These two contentions you have yet to substantiate.

M: Third and not least, 'Accept Jesus as God' you say, I say: that wouldn't make Jesus very happy since Jesus never, not once, nilch, noda, ibadan, said, I am God, said alot, but never that.

Mike: I will not let you change the subject unless you concede that Islam is indefensible and thus untrue. It is only after you open your mind to the Gospel that will I make a case for the resurrection of Jesus as proof of the Christian true claim.

M: The Jesus as God is a topic I take pleasure…

Mike: Our correspondence is not all fun and games. Your eternal destiny is at stake. Also you are trying to avoid my question of how do you know that Christians and Muslims worship the same God?

M: Kindly show me verse # and quote as to where Allah contradicts.

Mike: The Islamic dilemma is as follows: Since the Muslim God is the same God as the Christian God, whose word cannot be corrupted, and since the NT and the Qur'an contradict each other on the issue of Jesus' crucifixion as a historical fact, then Allah contradicts himself. Therefore Allah cannot be God.

M: …you falsely claim that the Qur'an is contradictory, using the website of a proven deceiver as support.

Mike: Your statement immediately above is an example of the logical fallacy of ad homonim In which you personally attack someone instead of their arguments. You have yet to answer any of arguments that refute your claims in support Islam.

M: Do you want to Save Brother Mike, Read the Qur'an and then speak to Christians.

Mike: Mohamed you have no good reasons to continue to be a Muslim. Open your heart and your mind and receive God's grace through faith in Jesus.

Peace and Blessings,
Your Brother in Christ: Michael
