Are you saying this effort "The burden of Proof" has gotten nowhere?

Mike: because so much is at stake. We all hold a passionate attachment to what we believe to be true.

RYA: You forget the whole aim of debate! To seek the truth.

Mike: that which is the truth will be right-right. So therefore in order to be true it must be established which position is right-right. Debating others is a means of achieving that goal.
