You are right that the legal and the factual situation are not always the same, but the legal
situation is pretty much predictible, the actual situation is never predictible, as You don`t
even know the persons involves... Don`t always expect the worst from Muslims and the
best from Christians :-).

So which one do You want to discuss? Legal or factual?
