Hi Muhammed,

: : "For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent." {Zephaniah 3:9}

: {You have taken this verse out of context to support your argument. The verse also does not say 'I will turn to the people WITH a pure language' It says 'I will turn to the people A pure language.}

Barbara:
The context is speaking of the end time judgement. In your opinion a pure language would be Arabic? In my opinion, it is metaphoric, but if it weren't it would be a heavenly language, since there is none pure on earth.

: This is my point brother Zaphod, we would not be "arguing" if the Bible was only accepted in "One" Language like the Koran is. The Bible is accepted in many different languages to be the word of God and that is why we have tensions.

Barbara:
God reveals His message of salvation in all translations of the Bible.

: I did not misquote as you "argue", I got my quote word for word from the K.J.V. Bible, which is accepted by Christians as the word of God. Click Here Your argument would not have taken place if the Bible is only accepted in "one" language.

Barbara:
Yes, it would. The interpretation depends on the Bible as a whole. You pick and choose scripture that agrees with Islam. We look for the unity which is within the Bible(and it is).

: Unfortuneately, because the Bible is accepted in many languages as the word of God, words get lost in the "translations". This causes confusion on which is right and the result is that Sunday at 10:am is the Most Segragated Hour of the Week.

Barbara:
Some Christians disagree on minor fundamentals, but the message of salvation holds us together. I agree with nearly all Christians on this site on this, the most important issue. I see disagreements among Muslims, like
Christians, on matters of doctrine, but this is all because we are free-thinking human beings.

: There are over 2,000 different types of Christians, etc..

Barbara:
There may be 2000 denominations but there is only one kind of Christian.
The only significant difference will be found out on judgement day.

: Give Peace a Chance.

Barbara:
The peace within of knowing our Savior.

: Peace and Blessings,
: Your Brother in Islam: Mohamed

Your Christian friend,
Barbara
