CURSES

[Jesus said: ] "But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. (Luke 6:27-28)
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. (Romans 12:14)

All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law." (Galatians 3:10)

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree." (Galatians 3:13)

cursing is sinning,

This verse explains why Muslims will call upon the non-Muslim to put themselves under a curse when debating with non-Muslims. The Christian, however, cannot oblige because this contradicts the teachings of Jesus in the Bible, where one is not to curse, but to let your "yes" be "yes" and let your "no" be "no". This is consistent with the teaching in The Ten Commandments where we are not to misuse God's name (or not to take the name of the Lord in vain). The Qumran community as revealed in the Dead Sea Scrolls also clearly show that this Jewish community existing just before the time of Jesus held to the belief that pious believers are not to take oaths and make curses. Many scholars believe that John the Baptist is heavily influenced by, and may even be a member of, the Qumran community.

Muhammad cursed some people, see Muhammad cursed some people. Muhammad spent 30 or 40 days cursing a few tribes. see also Sahih Bukhari 1.241.

no more curse in heaven,
No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. (Revelations 22:3)
