Men superior to women
"Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other. "(Q. 4:34) Dawood.
The famous commentator Ibn Kathir commented on (Q. 4:34) saying:
"Men are superior to women, and a man is better than a woman."[8]
Razi, commenting on Q. 4:11, said:
"(The males share is that of two females). Man is more perfect than the woman in creation, and intelligence, and in the religious sphere, such as the suitability to be a judge, and a leader in worship. Also, the testimony of the man is twice that of the woman. So that whoever is given great responsibilities must be given correspondingly great privileges. As the woman is deficient in intelligence and of great lust, if she is given much money, much corruption will be the result. "[9]
He also added:
"The male is mentioned first in Q. 4:11 because the male is better than
the
female."[10]
The intellectual and religious deficiencies of women are stated in the following Hadith found in Sahih al-Bukhari which is considered by Muslim scholars to be "The most authentic book after the Book of Allah (i.e.. the Qur'an)"
"Allah's Apostle once said to a group of women :'I have not seen any one more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious, sensible man could be led astray by some of you.' The women asked: 'O Allah's Apostle, what is deficient in our intelligence and religion?' He said: 'Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?' They replied in the affirmative. He said: 'This is the deficiency of your intelligence'... 'Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?' The women replied in the affirmative. He said: 'This is the deficiency in your religion.''[14]
The authenticity of the above Hadith is undisputed. It is reported by the two most reliable collections of Hadith; Bukhari and Muslim. The agreement of Bukhari and Muslim on its authenticity makes it (mutafaqun 'alayhi) 'agreed upon', which is the highest degree of authenticity. The above Hadith has been accepted and used by eminent scholars, such as Ghazali, Ibn al-'Arabi, Razi, Suyouti, Qortobi, Nawawi, and Ibn Kathir, in their writings.
'Woman was made to bear and feed children. Therefore she is very emotional. And she is forgetful, because if she did not forget how it is to give birth she would not have another child. That is why she will not be as reliable a witness as a man."[20]
Comments
Why are women degraded to such low level in Islam, they are treated as objects and there is no such thing as Equality of both male and female, why should a woman get one half of what the man gets in inheritance, isn't this unjust, say that there is a father who has two children one daughter and one son, why should they not get 50 percent each instead of 50% for the son and 25% for the daughter.
The bible which is from Allah states very clearly that a woman has equal rights according to a man and does not allow the beating of a wife or to be treated as of inferior intelligence.
Wife Beating
The man according to the Qur'an has the responsibility to admonish his wife, and the right to desert her sexually, and to beat her to correct any rebelliousness in her behaviour.
The Qur'an states:
"Righteous women are therefore obedient, ... And those you fear may
be
rebellious (nushuz) admonish; banish them to their couches, and beat
them."[55]
The occasion in which Q. 4:34 was revealed sheds more light on the meaning of that verse. Most commentators mention that "the above verse was revealed in connection with a woman who complained to Mohammad that her husband slapped her on the face (which was still marked by the slap).
At first the Prophet said to her: 'Get even with him', but then added:
'Wait until I think about it.' Later on the above verse was revealed,
after
which the Prophet said: 'We wanted one thing but Allah wanted another,
and what Allah wanted is best.'"[57]
Ibn Kathir in his commentary mentioned a Hadith on the authority of zal Ash'ath Ibn al-Qays who was visiting 'Omar and at that time. 'Omar took his wife and beat her, then said to Ash'ath:
'Memorise three things from me, which I memorised from the prophet who said: "The man is not to be asked why he beat his wife ..."'[62]
Qur'an Sura 4:34
As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them; but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance): for Allah is Most High, Great (above you all).
Comments
Is this not a clear statement to beat your wife if she disobeys, can't you win her with love instead of beating her.
Divorce is Islam is made very easy. By uttering the phrase you are divorced, the divorce takes place, in part 7 page 145 of Ahadith Al-Bukhari we read "A man can suddenly tell his wife I am not in need of you" then the verdict can be given according to his intention.
The Qur'an Sura 2:236 states, it is no sin for you if you divorce women.
So if a man likes another woman and already has four wives then he can divorce one of them to obtain this woman that he likes by uttering the word "I divorce you three times" without any justification, the woman does not need to be at fault for this to happen.
The power to divorce usually resides in the hand of the man. Bukhari reported a Hadith that shows how easy the lawful act can be.
A "man may say to his brother (in Islam), 'Have a look at either of my wives (and if you wish), I will divorce her for you.'"[91] it can even happen against the will, and the love of the husband and the wife concerned.
"The son of 'Omar reported: I had a wife under me whom I loved but whom 'Omar disliked. He told me: 'Divorce her'. But I refused. Then 'Omar came to the Messenger of Allah and notified it to him. The messenger of Allah told me: 'Divorce her'."[92] (Quoted by Tirmizi and Abu Daud)

This means that God in Islam does not promote family harmony and does not care about the family life, this is at least what appears to be the case.
Muta Marriages in Islam????
Shih Al-Bukhari states: part 7 page 37
While we were in the army, Allah's Apostle came to us and said, you have been allowed to have pleasure (Muta) so do it. If a man and a woman agree to marry temporarily, their marriage should last for three nights, and if they want to continue, they may do so.
There is also a very famous story related to us by Ibn Mas'ud and recorded in all the Islamic sources.
We used to participate in holy battles led by Allah's Apostle and we had no wives with us. At that time, he allowed us to marry women with a temporary contract and recited to us this verse from the Quran: 5:87
Oh you who believe, make not unlawful the good things which Allah (God) has made lawful for you.
After the death of Muhammad, Allah's Apostle, Ibn ' Abbas made it lawful when there was a need of it, He used to say that the Apostle prohibited it when it was dispensable, but it became lawful when it became necessary.
Comments
Isn't this violating women's bodies for sexual lust. What about after affects of this, what if the woman becomes pregnant then what about the child, who is the child's legal father, does the man just give the woman a gift and walk away.
This is still practiced by Shi'ites and some Sunnis around the world although Sunnis won't admit to this and they will tell you that only Shi'ites practice it.
Woman reduced to the level of a donkey and a dog!
Mohammad said that if a man is praying and a donkey or a dog or a woman
passes in front of him his prayer will not be acceptable and he has
to perform ablution again and repeat his prayer.
Book Al-Muhalla the sweetened part 4 page 8 Ibn Hazm confirms and quotes above
A prayer is rescinded by a dog, weather it is passing by or not, and by a woman and a donkey.
Aisha complained about this to the caliphs of the time that you have put us on the same level as a donkey and a dog.
Caliphs of Muhammad's Apostle time Ali Ibn Talib, Abdalla Ibn Abbas,
Abu Zarr, Abu Hurayra, Anas Ibn Malik and others on whose authority most of
Muhammad's Ahadith and interpretations of the Qur'an were handed down.
Comments
Is this not degrading to women, treating them as if they were animals
and not humans, then Muslims still claim that women have equal rights in Islam
and are held very high in esteem, their rights are as equal to as a dog or a donkey.
The Prophet Muhammad marries Aisha at age 6
Al Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 18:
Narrated 'Ursa:
The Prophet asked Abu Bakr for 'Aisha's hand in marriage. Abu Bakr said "But I am your brother." The Prophet said, "You are my brother in Allah's religion and His Book, but she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry."
Volume 7, Book 62, Number 64:
Narrated 'Aisha:
that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).
Comments
Is it moral that Muhammad the prophet of God is marrying a six year old, and if it is moral then what sort of message is he passing to his believers that they can marry very young girls.
Volume 7, Book 62, Number 97:
Narrated Anas:
The Prophet did not give a better wedding banquet on the occasion of marrying any of his wives than the one he gave on marrying Zainab, and that banquet was with (consisted of) one sheep.
Qur'an Sura 33:37
Behold! Thou didst say to one who had received the grace of Allah and thy favour: "Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear Allah." But thou didst hide in thy heart that which Allah was about to make manifest: thou didst fear the people, but it is more fitting that thou shouldst fear Allah. Then when Zayd had dissolved (his marriage) with her, with the necessary (formality), we joined her in marriage to thee: in order that (in future) there may be no difficulty to the believers in (the matter of) marriage with the wives of their adopted sons, when the latter have dissolved with the necessary (formality) (their marriage) with them. And Allah's command must be fulfilled.
Comments
Why did prophet Muhammad Apostle of God had to marry his adopted son's wife after he divorced her, what is he trying to prove that you can take adopted sons and marry their wives if they divorce them or maybe that you should not adopt sons at all!
Volume 7, Book 62, Number 157:
Narrated Al-Miswar bin Makhrama:
I heard Allah's Apostle who was on the pulpit, saying, "Banu Hisham
bin
Al-Mughira have requested me to allow them to marry their daughter
to Ali bin
Abu Talib, but I don't give permission, and will not give permission unless 'Ali bin Abi Talib divorces my daughter in order to marry their daughter, because Fatima is a part of my body, and I hate what she hates to see, and what hurts her, hurts me."
Comments
Isn't this double standard by the Prophet of Allah that he may marry freely any one and he had 14 wives but at any one time he had nine wives also any Muslim may marry up to four women simultaneously that he likes and divorce to marry another with out thought to the woman's well being but when it came to Muhammad's Apostle's own daughter then he asked her to be divorced first before Ali bin Abu Talib marries another.
This is clearly a sign of I can do what I like because I am a prophet but you must do as I tell you to do, not a sign of a prophet at all.
Sahih Muslim Ahadith Book 8, Number 3421:
Narrated Aisha:
It had been revealed in the Qur'an that ten clear sucklings make the marriage unlawful, then it was abrogated (and substituted) by five sucklings and Allah's Apostle (peace_be_upon_him) died and it was before that time (found) in the Qur'an (and recited by the Muslims).
Book 8, Number 3427:
Umm Salamah said to Aisha: A young boy who is at the threshold of puberty comes to you. I, however, do not like that he should come to me, whereupon
Aisha said: Don't you see in Allah's Messenger (peace_be_upon_him) a model for you?
She also said: The wife of Abu Hudhayfah said: Messenger of Allah, Salim comes to me and now he is a (grown-up) person, and there is something that rankles in the mind of Abu Hudhayfah about him, whereupon Allah's Messenger (peace_be_upon_him) said: Suckle him (so that he may become your foster-child), and thus he may be able to come to you (freely).
Comments
How can a woman ask a grown up person to suckle her breasts to become
his foster mother, this is open invitation and what if the man gets carried
away, who would allow his wife, daughter or sister to do this, I don't know about
Arabs but it would bring disgrace in eastern culture if practiced.
Marriage to step daughter
In Qur'an Sura 4:23
It Is mentioned quite clearly that you can get married with your step daughter if you haven't consummated the marriage with your wife i.e. the step daughter's real mother.
Comments
How can you marry your wife's daughter even if you haven't consummated
the marriage, she is still you step daughter!
